So...He Might Be Okay
I just read an article that suggests that Fred and George's tail might've fallen off simply because it was too big and making it difficult for the kid to move around.

This is horrifying.
But it makes sense because I saw him chasing his tail yesterday. I thought it was cute. Maybe he did it again when I wasn't looking. And then caught it? Ew.
I no longer think that he has blown his tail. That is something that mainly happens with delta or halfmoon bettas, I understand.
Huh. The lame thing with fish diseases is that it's super hard to diagnose something for sure because there are so many possible causes.
Fish health issues usually seem to come back to water quality, though. Do you know the pH of the water? Nitrate level?
Or maybe he's just biting his tail. Which is kind of weird, but I guess everyone needs a hobby ...
